Direct emergency alerts to our control room when you need assistance from our team. North East Lincolnshire Care Link offers reliable smoke detectors, monitoring systems, pill dispensers, and impact detectors to make you feel safe at all times.
Normally fitted in the hallway, the smoke detector will initiate a call via the lifeline to our control room if any smoke is detected. The fire brigade will also be called whenever required.

Generally fitted on front and back doors to detect wandering out doors during specific monitoring periods. A call is received via the lifeline when a door opens. our operator will encourage the vulnerable person to stay indoors and also inform a contact if required.

The pill dispenser is filled in by your family member, contact, or pharmacy. It has set times so that when you are due to take your medication, an audible alert notifies you in your home. Should you not take the medication, a call is then made to the control room. Once answered, our operator will talk to you over the system and prompt you to take your medication. A family member or other contact can also be notified.

Worn on the wrist, once the impact detector senses an impact a call is sent to our control room via the lifeline unit. (The cancellation process will be discussed during your installation.) Our operator will speak to you through the lifeline and call for any assistance if required.
