The impact detector is designed to provide added protection in the event of a fall. When an impact is detected, the device automatically sends an alert to our monitoring centre, ensuring a fast response without requiring any action from the user.

Once alerted, our trained team will make contact to check whether the customer is safe and assess the situation. This allows help to be arranged quickly and appropriately, giving reassurance to both the user and their support network.

This feature is particularly valuable for individuals with memory difficulties or those who may forget or be unable to press their pendant after a fall. By working automatically, the impact detector helps ensure support is always available when it’s needed most.
