Our installation and/or delivery options are second to none, and with flexible packages for support services, we’re always at the end of the phone.

Our Products & Services
- For £70 we can visit the individual’s home and fit the unit. We explain and show the customer how to use the equipment.
- For £50 it can be collected and fitted by the customer or their family/carers. We can be available by phone to help.
- For £50 we can drop it off at the individual’s property.
- Equipment & Service Options – After installation, we offer continued support and a range of additional safety devices, such as fall detectors and smoke alarms.
In the unlikely event of any issues with the equipment we will update or replace them – if the equipment is lost there is a charge.
