Our team at Carelink NEL is a dedicated group of professionals and volunteers who bring expertise, compassion and community-spirit to every person we support.

 

From our 24/7 monitoring centre staff and telecare installation engineers, to our community engagement coordinators and admin team, each member plays a vital role. We’re united in our goal: helping people in North East Lincolnshire live independently, safely and with dignity in their own homes.

 


We believe in open communication, ongoing training and partnership with families and carers — so that our service is not just functional, but human-centred and responsive to real life. We are proud of our heritage of over 30 years serving the local area, and committed to innovating and adapting to meet today’s needs.

Team Members

Meet the people who make Carelink NEL possible. Our team brings together experienced operators, installers, administrators and community-focused staff who work every day to keep vulnerable people safe, supported and connected. Each member plays a unique role in delivering a reliable, compassionate service to everyone who relies on us.

    Operators

    Our team of Operators cover our control centre 24/7, 365 days including Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.  They are there to answer every call and help our customers.

  2. Installers

    Installer

    Jackie goes out to our customers homes and installs our telecare equipment, assessing that it meets their needs and making relevant changes where appropriate.

  3. Janet

    Installer / Operator

    Janet goes into the community talking to groups and individuals about the work of Carelink, promoting what we offer.

  4. Becky

    Finance officer

    Becky manages our day to day finances. She is responsible for dealing with collecting payments for our services from our customers and paying our suppliers.

  5. Leighanne

    Team Leader

    Leighanne  ensure all our administration is correct and up to date and help us manage various projects including our website.

  6. Jo

    Installer Administrator

    Jo manages all NEL Carelink enquiries from private customers or service providers. She arranges for Installers to visit people and manages any challenges customers are having with the equipment.

    Team leader

    Clark ensures the control centre is staffed and supports the team to meet our quality standards

  8. Vickie

    Chief Executive Officer

    Vickie oversees the running of Carelink.
