Wanderer Alert

The Wander Alert, also known as door contacts, is designed to support individuals with memory problems who may leave home unexpectedly and become disoriented. The device is fitted to key exit points such as front and back doors and monitors when they are opened.

If a door is opened, an alert is immediately sent to our monitoring centre. Our trained team will then check whether the person leaving is safe and assess the situation, ensuring that appropriate action can be taken without delay.

If needed, family members or carers can be notified so they can respond quickly and provide support. This solution offers reassurance to loved ones while helping vulnerable individuals stay safe and maintain as much independence as possible.
