  1. Our impact

Our Benefits

  • The customer pays a small monthly fee knowing help is a button press away and for providing peace of mind for themselves and their family.
  • We are local - our staff know the North East Lincolnshire area and understand the customer's life as they work with other local services.
  • We go the extra mile to make sure they are safe and well - we don't end the call until we know they have the help they need.
  • We care about our customers - we get to know them and their family and provide support.
  • We are trusted - we have specific long term contracts with our local authority and health service to support the most vulnerable in North East Lincolnshire.
  • We provide a high quality service - we consistently meet our regulators highest level of service requirement.

How we care about our clients

  • We can ring daily after a hospital stay or fall to make sure the customer is OK.
  • We can ring to wish our customer a Happy Birthday if they wish.
  • With the customer's permission we can let the family know how they are and the family can contact us if they are worried about the customer.
  • If the customer is lonely or isolated we can arrange regular calls with us or other local organisations.

    Consider a Keysafe!

We would recommend people having a keysafe fitted when they have telecare as it allows us to let emergency services access the home without the need to break down the door. We are able to arrange fitting for the keysafe with our partners the voluntary organisation Empower who fit on our behalf. We only use keysafe’s recommended by the Police and that are robust.

Digital Appeal

Help us to start our telecare unit replacement programme ready for 2025. We have 3000 units in people’s home that need replacing before the national analogue telephone switch-off in 2025. Our government’s plan to make everything digital means our units need to be digital too. The new digital units will work faster but are 3 times more expensive then analogue ones. Altogether the cost of this swap will be £450,000 and will take a number of years. Read more
