Carelink is grateful to the Lottery’s COVID fund who provided us with £49,000 towards paying for our new IT platform which has been upgraded to deal with the move to digital.  This will enable us to answer calls quicker and more effectively as well allow staff to work from home which is very beneficial during COVID. The funding will also help to update our PCs which are also very old and provide a super-fast secure and robust broadband which is vital when taking calls from our customers.
